1. A deposit is required to reserve the date you are interested in. The amount of the deposit is 10% of the total bill or $250, whichever is greater.
  2. The balance is due upon delivery of the video.
  3. The deposit is non-refundable. However, if your date changes and we still are available to film on the new date, you can apply the deposit to this new date.
  4. Completion time varies depending on the type of project and whether it is during a busy season.
  5. We reserve the right to use footage, media, and pictures captured during any event for promotional purposes unless you specifically tell us not to.
  6. Raw footage will be kept by us for a minimum of six months, but not more than twelve months. Please contact us before six months if you would like to purchase the raw footage or perform additional editing using this original footage.
  7. A master tape is kept by us indefinitely, so you can always order more copies, even five years from now!
  8. We accept money orders, personal checks, and on-line payment using Pay Pal. If you would like to use a credit card, you must do this through Pay Pal, but will be charged a 5% processing fee. Sorry, Pay Palís charge, not ours!
  9. We do offer a discount for individuals who have used our services before or who book two or more events. Please contact us for more details.
