No matter what package you choose, you get this:
  • At least two cameras used in your event(s).
  • Use of digital video cameras.
  • Unlimited shooting time (but please be reasonable).
  • Interviews of your guests and participants, if desired.
  • Two finished copies of your video.
  • Music and background music of your choice in the video.
  • Use of Steadicam©, where applicable.
  • A free CD-ROM of still photos, from our digital still camera, if we have the opportunity to take some photos.
  • A digital copy of your video will be kept by us for at least six months, up to a year, if you need additional copies or wish to transfer it to DVD.
  • Tax included, gratuity not included (optional).
  • For every referral you give us that we tape, we will send you your choice of:
    • 1 copy of your video on the format you originally ordered from us, or
    • $10 in cash, or
    • $25 off your next event, no expiration date and transferable only between immediate family members.
 
Basic Videography without editing: $100 for events under 2 hours, $200 for events over 2 hours
Includes:
  • Use of two cameras.
  • No editing at all. We turn the original digital tapes over to you at the end of the ceremony or when you come back from your honeymoon. If VHS format is requested, it can be mailed to you the next day.

Basic Editing without videography: $30 per hour of raw footage.
Includes:
  • You give us footage that you have taped, we edit it with transitions, music, etc. to give your footage a professional sound and look.
  • Please note: we will do our best to make the finished product look good. However, the product will only be as good as the original footage taken.
Standard Package: $300 for events under 2 hours, $500 for events over 2 hours
Includes:
  • Video of all the events, which includes the following:
    • o Participants getting ready for the event.
    • o Guests arriving at the event.
    • o Footage of all the places that the event(s) will take place.
    • o Video of guests and participants after the wedding and during picture taking.
    • o Video of the ceremony in its entirety (can be edited if desired) and of the highlights during the reception.

  • Professional editing including titles, music of your choice, and credits at the end, listing the participants and important guests.
A la Carte items and options to add to packages:
Slide show, photo montage: $75
  • Unlimited number of your photos of bride, groom, bride & groom, family members, and anyone else you can think of.
  • Photos set to music/songs of your choosing.
  • Professional transitions.
  • Unlimited number of scans for important documents you wish to have on the tape, such as invitations, announcements, telegrams, etc.
Express editing and delivery: $50 for finished product under 1 hour, $80 for anything over 1 hour
  • Your entire package finished and delivered to you 1 week from the date of your event, or when you return from your honeymoon, whichever is later.
  • Includes postage and handling, if applicable.
Additional copies of your video: $10.00 per copy.
Standard DVD option: $75
  • Your entire video transferred to DVD.
  • You will receive 2 DVDs.
  • Includes the typical DVD advantages: long life, chapter indexing, etc.

Advanced DVD option: $150
  • Advance DVD features will be included:
  • Custom introduction/menu page
  • Slide show of still shots included on DVD
  • Multiple angles of the ceremony
Additional DVD copies: $20

Travel fees: See below

  • If the event is more than 50 miles, one-way from Walnut, CA 91789, an additional charge will apply. Mileage is calculated by going to www.mapquest.com and selecting the shortest distance from your event to Walnut.
  • 50 miles to 75 miles: $30. 75 miles to 100 miles: $50. Greater than 100 miles, please inquire.
